Terms and conditions

1. Our agreement. By using this website, booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Changes to terms. These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes take effect once posted on this website.
3. Our obligations. Physiotherapy services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. You are responsible for following agreed advice and aftercare.
4. Client responsibilities. You must provide accurate information and disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication, risks or changes in health.
5. Availability and punctuality. Please be ready at the agreed appointment time. If you are late, the session may still need to finish at the scheduled time.
6. Cancellations. Less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% charge. Missed appointments may incur a 100% charge. If Active Ageing Physiotherapy needs to cancel, an alternative appointment will be offered.
7. Health conditions. If treatment is not suitable, Louise will advise you and may recommend contacting your GP or another healthcare professional.
8. Age policy. Adults are treated directly. Children under 16 require parental consent and a parent or guardian must be present.
9. Privacy. Personal information is collected and used to provide services. See the Privacy and GDPR page.
10. Liability. Active Ageing Physiotherapy is not responsible for incorrect information provided by you or events outside reasonable control.
11. Copyright. Website content and materials are the property of Active Ageing Physiotherapy and must not be copied for commercial use without permission.
12. Website use. You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
13. Law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by English law and disputes will be handled by the English courts.
